TGIF .. got lots to do today. Firstly, got to go to the wet market! have to stock up the house before i leave to night for Jakarta ... WOOT!!! .. can't wait .. it's been awhile since i been away on anything .... Well ever since mum was diagnosed with Leukemia last yr most of our lives took a tumble here and there ... But yes yes ... wet market ... i actually love going there ... especially the one at Smith street which has been relocated for the time being as it is under going a make over ... Always wondering what new exotic stuff they are selling eels, lizards etc .... Gives me new ideas on what to cook up next ... ever since i was a kid i was experimenting in the kitchen .. but it was always mum's kingdom as we so say... So i hardly use the kitchen at home ... but once in awhile she lets me play around hahaha ... actually more like i'm lazy when you got a mum that's the world's best cook which many many other ppl could tell you as well .. but then again we all think our mum is the world's best cook ... okie back to the wet market ... yup where was i .. ah ... stocking up the house ... well it's more of visiting the ppl there now as well .. since they all know me hahaha ... the fish uncle , the young couple at the chicken stall plus the elderly uncle and auntie at the pork stall .. not to say the vege auntie .. it's like my weekly visit meeting up with old friends :)
Okie, i so have to do a bike and run today ... i have not ran for the last week ... an i know i'm not going to get anything done while i'm in Jakarta so i better get some serious training done today .... still have to send lunch to mum in hospital and see her for abit before i leave tonight ... see if i can fit in a 40k bike and at least a 6 to 7k run ... then it's washing my bike since i have not washed it in almost 2 weeks ... well the rain during the osim did help me abit... but my gears are getting black ... time for digressing so it can be all blink blink again ...
Okie looks like my day pretty much sorted out... have to be in the airport by 8pm to meet ash and dez can't wait .. GO GO GO !!!!
O an i just signed up to do the fuji xerox open sea swim .. doing the 3km, plus the half marathon this yr. Still wondering if i should do the frog race on the 12 of august ... we'll see after the ND HIM if i'm still walking .... i've already booked a deep tissue massage the day after as i have been told that my ITB is very tight ... which i figured was the cause of my knee pains during the cycle and the sudden inflammation of my knee even after i warmed down ...
